I cannot recommend Andrea highly enough! From my very first visit, I felt heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and helped me feel so comfortable immediately. I immediately noticed improvement within just a few sessions, and now I feel stronger, more confident, and in control of my body again. She would check in throughout the week to see how I was feeling and even though I’ve ‘graduated’ she continues to do so! She truly cares for each of her patients and has a passion for what she does!! I was dealing with a sudden flare up of pelvic floor tightness which lead me to debilitating anxiety that interfered with day to day tasks. After just 3 sessions with Andrea I am feeling back to myself and able to enjoy life again.
