Walgreens Pharmacy

I have absolutely nothing nice to say about this pharmacy. They don't answer their phones and if they do you'll be stuck on it forever. Just like having to sit an hour or so in line to pick up an RX. I have two phones and 1 I'm on hold now for 50 minutes and the other now 18 minutes. Just to ask when my rx will be filled beings I have been waiting since yesterday's for it. Totally unacceptable on many levels.

My father (Hispanic male) was racially profiled when picking up his medication at the counter. My dad speaks and understands English. The worker assumed my dad did not have insurance and didn’t even care to ask for his insurance card, so she tried charging my dad full price. I recommend staff take diversity, equity, and inclusion training courses.

This has to be the most incompetent staff there is! They told me my doctor didn't call my medicine in. Since it was after hours on Friday, I had to wait until Monday to contact my doctor. Turns out they did and the pharmacy messed up. I called the pharmacy back and was told they had the prescription this whole time. 2 days without required medication.....smh! They don't deserve a single star!!

Waiting over 20 mins in drive up just to pick up RX. Drive up should be for quick pick ups not for people with questions or issues..they should be directed to pull around and come inside. Amd there should be more pharmacy employees. This is a busy pharmacy to begin with.. I re ordered my prescription refills on line it takes 4 hours to get them filled....Learn to direct customers without a quick pick up to drive around!

Is very inept personnel. The person helping me would not listen to a word I said. When I got the call that my prescriptions were ready and went to pick them up they were all wrong. I told him to just keep the medicine. It was not worth dealing with incompetent people.
