Walgreens Pharmacy

It’s 1:32 pm. Pharmacy is closed. Customer service could be better. This is a systemic management issue. They close for an hour for lunch rather than work in overlapping shifts. This is not customer centric. In the 21st century consumers expect more. It shows a disregard for customer service as well as keeping up with consumer expectations. My time is the most valuable commodity I have. I expect most customers have the same sentiments. Please respect your customers and find a better way to serve them. We do have other options. It’s really easy to have the prescriptions sent to another pharmacy. Sorry guys, this is the last time I give you my business. Hopefully your competitors provide a better consumer experience.

I had a prescription sent over to this Walgreens. They didn't fill it, and after waiting several days, I went over and they told me it's because they don't accept my insurance. Okay? So I could just die in the meantime while you don't tell me that? I've been trying to get them to transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy, and it's been over 24 hours now. When I called to ask why they didn't send the prescription over to the new pharmacy, they said it was because they didn't understand the request from the other pharmacy, and they had thrown the request away. That's just straight up dangerously incompetent. This prescription is to control my asthma, which has sent me to the hospital several times. It's serious.

The people are good and friendly but they're insanely overworked and understaffed and it's not their fault, but it results in a horrible wait time. Standing in line 20+ minutes hurts my legs.

Came in earlier today looking for a limited edition seasonal energy drink, and was proudly told by the manager “oh yeah, I bought all those because I own a soda shop too and sell them there” Sheisty stuff here 👀

This is the WORST Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever been to. They don't hire enough people to cover the drive through and in store service. Only one person for both. More often than not they mess up my prescriptions or are out. I will be switching to another pharmacy.
