I just had my first appointment with Lisa, and I have already booked another session! She truly has an understanding of the muscle groups and anatomy, and I love her meticulous and individualized approach to care. I really felt like she wasn't just going through the routine motions like many other massage therapists, and she was able to pick up on problem areas and focus a little extra attention there without any verbal input. She is also very personable and comfortable to work with. Highly recommend!
