House of Hearing Audiology Clinic - Office Moved to Meridian

I worked with Tim, who is relatively new. His knowledge of my hearing aids was top notch, he had problems finding stuff in the shared office we were in. Had we not had difficulties finding stuff, I would give 5 stars I worked with Tim on this visit. His professionalism and knowledge of my hearing issues were top notch. He had full command of all the tools at his disposal. He was thorough and paid attention to detail as we worked through the various tests. After all the tests were done he showed and explained the changes from my last tests and made adjustments to my hearing aids accordingly. I am very pleased with my hearing and am happy to give a rating of 5 stars!!

About a year ago i started to notice i was having a harder time hearing in my left ear, more so than in my right ear. It finally got to a point my wife would make comments about not being able to hear her when she sat on my left side. I happened to go to Advanced Eye Care center in Nampa, for an annual eye check-up and ran into someone i used to work with. Upon entering the business i saw the sign for House of hearing and asked if they did hearing too. She stated they didn't, but that they leased out space to House of Hearing. She gave me a card and told me to contact Tim. I called for an appointment and was given several options for appointments, unfortunately I was out of town for two weeks so i asked for one later in the month. My experience at House of Hearing was AMAZING! Kellee was wonderful. She took her time and was very thorough explaining everything as we went along. The whole process was very easy and I would definitely recommend House of Hearing to anyone needing the service.

Very capable personnel to handle more complex cases of hearing technology. They are equally effective in Boise, Meridian and Nampa. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and friendliness.
