Walgreens Pharmacy

Absolutely useless! Have filled multiple prescriptions there and they still couldn’t keep my insurance information properly on file. They will lie to your face about the status of a script then not follow through. When called them out they tried to spin it on me even though nothing had changed on my end. First they said that my insurance wasn’t on file, then said they were out of stock and had ordered it and gave me a date to which it would be available. Said date came and they claimed that suddenly they never received a notice that the vendor was out of stock. They literally tried to say I was lying about the information they had been giving me. When I said my piece the pharmacist, in a condescending tone, questioned who I spoke with. The pharmacist is who I spoke to who do you think!? If

Let’s me just start by saying I never leave reviews but this pharmacy is TERRIBLE. I literally have an issue every time I go here. I continue to try because it’s close and convenient but after today I don’t think I can try anymore. Their wait times are ridiculous, their staff isn’t awful but not the friendliest, like I said there’s some sort of issue every time I go with my prescriptions, today they couldn’t get their safe open to fill my script that they received yesterday. Don’t recommend going here at all.

I recently ordered several prescriptions from my local Walgreens; however, I couldn’t find them when I logged into my already-established online account. I tried to resolve the matter twice through the Walgreens online chat, but that just resulted in two different answers, neither one of which were correct. After being advised to subsequently call my local Walgreens, I did so, and I was told that only a manager could resolve the issue I was having. Surprisingly, there was no manager available, and it would be “a couple weeks” before one would be available. What? Apparently, the prior manager was ‘promoted’ and there was no one to take their place! I was surprised, since, unlike terminations, promotions are planned. Too bad they didn’t plan to fill the role vacated by the now-promoted man

Hands down to super helpful lady Martha at the pharmacy, been here few times and always getting lucky to talk to Martha, hard working, very knowledgeable. The rest of the staff very polite and respectful. Hopefully this review will catch the managment attention and reward martha for the outstanding performance. Thanks wallgreens
