Exer Urgent Care - Moorpark

I just saw the provider Julie Swanagan, And I wish I could choose her as a PCP! She provided excellent, kind care. She took her time to explain the treatment plan with me and answered my questions with kindness. Very knowledgeable, professional, but at the same time-personable and caring. The front office staff were prompt to greet me upon entering and were very welcoming. All the staff were very kind and courteous. Brandie the CMA was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. The office had more of comfortable, Family Practice feel than an Urgent Care. If you live in Moorpark, and need quality medical care, this is the place to go.

The staff, including Tiffany, Roberto, and Jeannette, were FANTASTIC! Super courteous, polite, professional, compassionate, and patient. The doctor - Rita Smith - was HORRIBLE. I was sent here for pre-op. From the moment she stepped into the room she started complaining about having to do pre-op checks and how it's her license on the line if something happens to me. She simply would not shut up about her problems. She then proceeded to do an unskilled check-up. No wonder she was worried. She even admitted that someone she approved for surgery died and that it wasn't her fault. I could go on for paragraphs. To top it off, she called me at home at 9pm on a Sunday to tell me she needed more medical history. She should be fired. Also, the facility is severely lacking in supplies. I needed an

Rita Smith was so thorough and knowledgeable. She took her time with me and was able to share at home/holistic treatments rather than quickly prescribing an antibiotic. She showed genuine care. I wish I was able to have her as my PCP. Thank you Dr. Smith for all of your guidance. I wish there were more doctors out there like her.

No one wants to drive through pouring rain to an urgent care, the day after Christmas with their four year old. That being said, my daughter and I had an amazing experience here. Jasmine was so sweet checking us in. Tiffany went WAY above and beyond helping my daughter feel comfortable. The NP Julie was knowledgable and I appreciate that she took the time to test for the issue rather than just prescribing a blanket antibiotic. I recommend this exer urgent care for anyone in need of care!

Everyone was very attentive & patient with me. I was last minute end of day visit on NYE & was not rushed. I am from Wisconsin & needed care & I was very happy with the care. Doctor treated me with respect & kindness. The medication had me feeling better the next day! Thank you again!
