they messed up and billed my wrong insurance for my medication. When I called to get it fixed they just said oh well we'll fix it for next time like if I should be going back. They just wanted to charge for medication that's always been fully covered. Horrible service

Went for COVID vax. Pharmacy technician EXTREMELY helpful and efficient. Pharmacy is clean.

PHARMACY TELLS YOU MEDICATIONS WILL BE READY AT THIS HOUR, YOU COME TO GET THEM AND NOW THEY SAY ..COME TOMORROW ... DO NOT MAKE ME WASTE MY TIME AND GAS .. CALL ME AND TELL ME THAT MEDICATIONS WILL BE READY NEXT DAY... COMMON COURTESY FOR A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. 🤗

11/17/22 1:30 pm Total Attitude from cash register worker who took his time finding my order, making me wait while the person in front of me continued to shop. Total lack of customer service is obvious, I never received any notification my order was incomplete and had to argue and prove my point, showing the workers I was missing items. Also check the prIces as they VARY FROM ONLINE AND IN STORE What a joke

I usually go to the Rite Aid down the street but I had to come here to fill a special prescription. Night and day! The people who work there are nice enough, but they're not nearly as helpful nor seem to really care about the customer experience. SO SLOW!!!!
