Walgreens Pharmacy

Inefficient. Almost always a wait. Very common to be 4 cars deep in the drive through and it doesn't move with efficiency. A single lane drive through when it originally was intended to be two lanes. They can have your script for hours but when you show up they act like it just came in and you'll have to wait sometimes more than an hour. You might get a call there's an automated call stating an insurance issue and they're working on it. However, don't ever expect a call from a real human that is needed to correct your insurance info. And getting the pharmacy on the phone yourself is no small feat. You can enter your info on the App but for some reason the pharmacy acts like they don't have it.

I have always found the staff to be friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They've worked hard with my insurance companies to ensure the best cost. Items are usually in stock and can be picked up in-store or through the convenience of a drive-thru.

When you have to sick your doctor on the pharmacy to give you the correct number of pills/ correct prescription. Then they argue with you. What a joke. Maybe if you read the directions correctly the first time and have the correct disagree you wouldn't have such bad reviews. Probably going to change pharmacy. I have a problem every time I come here.

If I could only give them a half a star, I would I was waiting in line to pick up a prescription when I was not helped and another customer was sitting waiting was allowed to go ahead of me because she asked was hers ready

I wish kribbs was still open. I hate Walgreens I'm still dealing with issues I need to call corporate over
