Heartland Neurology: Iqbal A Khan MD MS

I am VERY upset with this Dr. I've been seeing him for 3 years. He told me at my last appointment March 11th that he was retiring and I needed to go to a neurologist at MU but there was like a year waiting list. He upped the quantity of one medication I've been taking for 2 years and prescribed a new med. He told me I would need to get in with a primary care physician for more refills until I could get in at MU but no need to rush because he wrote me 4 months of refills for my meds. He forgot to write refills for the one med he upped the quantity of. After me requesting refills with the pharmacy a few times and getting no where I called the pharmacy and explained the issue with the med he upped the quantity of and they said to get ahold of Dr khan's office and explain what the refill re

Wow! The worst place ever! I’ve shared my experience here 2 times and I wonder why it gets deleted…do not go here. Dr khan does not listen to you. If this comment gets deleted better believe I’ll take it straight to Facebook and share my experience. Then you really won’t have customers. If anyone has questions please feels free to email me. I have a wonderful neurologist now who listens and helps me. I’ve been seizure free for 2 years now whereas when I was with dr khan I kept having seizures due to his lack of help and knowledge
