They never answer the phone when you call. It doesn't matter the time of day. Have to call and ask for refill multiple times before its filled. Very unsatisfactory service provided pretty much everytime I have to deal with this pharmacy.
This is the best pharmacy you could possibly find. They always go above and beyond, and they actually genuinely care. This is an increasingly rare quality.
Helped us out when Walgreens kept failing us. Very friendly and welcoming staff
Takes forever to get important psychiatric meds filled. Says they'll be ready the next day and then of course they're not. Very disappointing. Had very high hopes for this pharmacy. Glad I didn't switch to it from Walmart yet. Omg over 1 week and 2 arguments later they finally had the important meds we've desperately needed. Place is a joke. Never going to again.
The pharmacy it's self and the employees are great but I really wish they had a working app.
