Such a Great pharmacy at the Milbrae Walgreens! Tiffany and Amir are direct, helpful, and pleasant. If this Walgreens doesn't have who you need then their staff will assist you to find a nearby Walgreens location that can help fill a prescription. In the store itself is located at am easy to find, and access shopping Mall. It's a larger Walgreens with an excellent selection too. In like the Milbrae Walgreens!

I just moved to town, I went in to get a things at Walgreens, I purchased a tote bag on the way out to meet someone for lunch. I went back to Walgreens after lunch to get a phone charger, the last walks up behind me after I pushed the button for help to get the charger, grand the tote bag dumps it out and accused me of stealing the tote bag. Throughout the she threatened, cussed me out, and assaulted me( in video) cops came I was given a me bag since I could produce receipts for all items, I didn't press charges but here is your local Walgreens manager Milbrae!

Great customer service, employees and the Pharmacists on staff are always helpful. Always up to date with reminders on refills. And very helpful to answer questions and concerns I may have. .

Not a sharps/medicine recycle location. After waiting in line for 10 min here, 15 min at another location down the street before being told to come here, I found this out. That’s fine, but then I was given bad advice about buying the medication again to get a shipping label, but the medication I had did not come with a shipping label. What!? And this was also after being called up to the counter and then told to go back in line to wait to be called like I walked up to the counter without being signaled. The condescension was uncalled for. The stores also need to communicate.

This Walgreens has wonderful customer service 99% of the time and the 1% that it doesn't the 99% definitely makes it!!! And the good thing about this location is it's 24 hours and being a driver I have had to come here around the clock and the service is still the same... amazing... and they don't profile you anything that you use the restroom!!
