Safeway Pharmacy

Today is January 18, 2024. This is a pharmacy with an extremely poor service attitude. There is an Asian man wearing glasses, dressed in red. His service attitude is very bad, filled with discrimination and hostility in his eyes, and he speaks very rudely! He is completely unsuitable for this job! He should be fired immediately! I guarantee that this man is a terrible person. I won't ever come to this place to buy medicine again! However, Dr. Judy is very kind and friendly, and she enthusiastically helped me!

I needed to buy an antibiotic that the pharmacy did not have at that time, I went Friday 23 and the pharmacist told me that he can provide the antibiotic until Monday 26 because Sat and Sun its difficult to have it. I told him it was fine because I had other antibiotic at home. He looks like worried about me next day Sat he call me saying that my antibiotic was ready for pickup. Great service I'm so grateful for the way I was cared for by this gentleman pharmacist at Safeway in Millbrae CA. Excellent customer service and experience he is the best.

The lady who helped me was super knowledgeable and friendly

We got our flu shots at this pharmacy on a weekday. Given that there were no other customers there when we arrived the process seemed to take quite a while. After filling out forms and getting our insurance checked, we had to wait in the waiting room (which is pretty nice, separately enclosed) for 10-15 more minutes. The flu shot itself was the 3-way injection instead of the 4-way spray or injection. Although things were a bit slower than I expected, we seemed to be treated competently and professionally. I could see us returning for next year's shot.

Every drug store sells the same medicine. The service makes the difference. Judy Tam at Millbrae Safeway is the BEST. She is 100% better than the people at CVS (Burlingame), Costco (SSF), and Walgreens (Millbrae). She is so helpful and always with a smile. So go there to get your medication. You will be happier and live longer.
