The staff listen if they need to be gentler (there’s an acupressure tool they use on the bottom of your foot that can be painful but feel good after, but I asked that they not do and they skipped that). The prices are well worth the service they provide. They have repeat customers with my wife and I! The worst massage ever!!! My feet had no problem before I got a foot massage from King massage. And now I have to deal with Achilles tendinitis for the rest of my life. The masseur Ying Zhang massaged my foot and she pressed so hard on the tendons near my heel. I felt uncomfortable but she stopped massaging the same area so I didn’t think much of it until after the massage is done. It started hurting right after the massage and I thought I could just wait it out. I went back after a week because I couldn’t handle the pain and they kept telling me it wasn’t their fault. I realized I have to talk to them face to face to solve this problem. After an hour and a half waiting, I was finally able to talk with the owner on the store phone, but he refused to give any help and denied they did any
