Walgreens Pharmacy

Pharmacy is horrible. The make up there own rules and prices. First of all its not the insurance Co that holds up our prescriptions it the pharmacist they have the last say. They blame our insurance and it's not them. Also I ordered syringes for my dog for diabetes one month there $15.99, and the next month they were $46.99. They blamed it on my ins and they couldn't help me. But that's ok I will work this out with corporate and my insurance Co. I will get my money back one way or another.

Not sure why this place cannot get it together but such a bad pharmacy. I've had numerous issues with reoccurring prescriptions getting dropped from automatic refill to items not being ready when they said they would be. Do better

Was surprised I actually found a TENS unit and all the things to tame a back that was trying to murder me.

What happened to our pharmacy? Rite Aid was great, the staff was fantastic. I NEVER had to wait 3 days for antibiotics before. I have called everyday this week, have waited on hold for more than 40 minutes each time, been hung up on twice and had to recall and start all over. Whoever is running this store is NOT keeping the interest of the community in mind. I feel bad for the workers who have to listen to our frustrations. When someone is sick it is never ok to keep them waiting 3 days for antibiotics. When someone put a script in over a month ago, its not ok not to have their meds yet. The management of this store is awful and does not do justice to our community. I will be getting my scripts filled somewhere else. The review are correct. I've been a customer for decades and its bee a long slow decline. Understaffed and poorly trained doesn't make for a good experience. After 25 minutes at the drive thru i took all my renewals down the road another 5 miles to a different pharmacy. Not sure why this location isn't getting any corporate attention, but they are totally dysfunctional at this point.
