"Dr. Glen" is always very professional yet friendly. He has at different times respected my wishes to avoid novacaine and to keep xray useage to only the minimum required. He explains any dental findings and never tries to "sell" unnecesary treatment plans as I have encountered elsewhere. The office staff has always been pleasant and the dental hygienist, Debbie, that I had yesterday was wonderful. I dental assisted decades ago so have a basic idea of what I actually need. Was very happy my new dental insurance allowed me to return to Family Smile Center yesterday, and the no cavities or pressing issues was a bonus!

Dr. Heller is friendly, engaging, and efficient. He has handled my cavities and crowns for over 20 years without a problem and without pain. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The hygienists are all great people. The Family Smile Center makes a visit to the dentist a positive experience.

The staff at the Family Smile dental office are welcoming, efficient, and well skilled in their various areas of expertise. Appointment times are adhered to and the office rooms are clean. I have been a patient for years and have found Dr. H to be highly competent and painless!

Awesome staff, once I got in for my cleaning they got all the work I needed done ( 4 cavities) in 2 weeks. They filled the cavities so quickly no pain. Very professional. Will be going here as long as I live in the area!
