Walgreens Pharmacy

If I could give a zero, I have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy not the first time. My Doctor’s office was told there was an issue with the app requesting refills. The doctor put the refill in and then I come to pick up my meds and the Tech at the drive thru Inform me something different that should’ve been told to the doctors office nothing but issues here!!!!!! NOW I’m going almost a week without my medication and I’m on a care plan for 60 days with this medication. The courtesy would’ve been that if they couldn’t have my meds filled they should’ve informed the doctors office right away!!! NOOW I have to wait even longer for my medication. DO NOT COME HERE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . SMH Definitely not the corner of care or whatever the commercial says!!!!

This pharmacy just wasted my time for two days. I went there right after my daughter's appointment because we were a half hour away at that point and I just thought oh maybe they'll have gotten it going by the time we got there... NOPE. The doc wrote a specific thing for the prescription, didn't list alternatives but the person at the counter was like oh this hasn't been filled but we have this shampoo and I asked her if it was the same thing as what the doctor is ordering... all she said was well.. it's shampoo. I was gob smacked. I was thinking, a little more information would be helpful. So I told her no, I'm more comfortable filling what the doctor prescribed. And they replied with, ok we'll call you when it's ready and then we checked to make sure the phone number was right all that

The absolute worst people work there! A pharmacist was giving me a hard time through the window so I parked my car and went inside only to hear her talking about me as she called me a “stupid bitch” around the other employees. She didn’t know I was behind her at the counter. I confronted her and she had nothing to say. The pharmacist just put her head down, dipped to the back and wouldn’t come out. I was calm and collected and told her how inappropriate her whole demeanor was. She had nothing to say. Totally unprofessional.

They suck couldn’t help me transfer my prescription told me that Walgreens doesn’t make phone calls to transfer but called Posen Walgreens and had no problem transferring my prescription

Very busy but helpful and efficient.
