Every time I go I have a problem... My medical card pays for certain things. But when you go to pay, the cash register doesn't tell you what things aren't going to be paid so you have to pay for things one at a time to figure out if it's going to go through or not. It's just ridiculous.
Everyone is always quick to complain or criticize customer service but not Today I’m going to Thank you Jessica Reyes For taking the time to explain and express concern about my new medication. Sometimes your daily routine is so hectic you don’t know how new medications are going to work with other medicines. And she went the extra step to make sure that I was aware of reactions about my new prescription . Happy to have CVS pharmacy in my neighborhood and Great pharmacist working there. Thank you
The technician Zoe was very helpful in getting me checked in and helping me with a GoodRx discount. The pharmacist was very patient with me and explained the rabies vaccination series. I barely felt the poke too, very comfortable experience.
Friendly and helpful and got my prescription ready quickly!
