I had a phone shipped to this CVS location as a UPS Access Point because it required a signature, and due to my work schedule, I would not be home. I trusted this location to handle my delivery properly. At 12:14 PM, I received an email stating the package was delivered. Two hours later, I received another email stating it had already been picked up. Thinking it was a system glitch, I didn’t panic. When my husband went to pick it up later that day, he was told the package was not there and that this “sometimes happens,” and to come back the next day. Unfortunately, we trusted their word — which we shouldn’t have. I visited this location today and had multiple transactions and questions, the customer service agent Michael and the manager Bill were AMAZING! They were both so patient and helpful. I will definitely visit this location again because of them . Thanks again!!

Everything about the cvs pharmacy store experience was good. The environment, fast pace,the team member, the tidiness of the store, the product. I would definitely come back to that particular cvs pharmacy store.
