Walgreens Pharmacy

My brother and I entered the store. I was dashing and he had to use the restroom. One said that he had to asked someone to open the restroom. And they are the only two in there. Which was a lie. He went to the pharmacy and they gave him the code. I asked the black cashier would she open the restroom for my brother, she said I’m not going to go way back there to open the door. No one was at the counter but myself. I said wow okay. I went to get my item. Neither of them had customer service.

Extremely dismissive. Not knowledgeable. Super slow to fill prescriptions whether you wait in store or fill in advance. Rude and unorganized. Never been frustrated with a pharmacy like this before. Also rarely answer the phone and put you on hold until you give up…

I understand the reviews. They are very rude and have no empathy for sick people. Called to check if they have a medecine before going as I cannot find it and cannot walk but they refused to tell me and told me I have to come with the prescription.

I went to Walgreens to have pictures transferred to a flash drive . The cashier Shanell from the front was working double time!! Not only did she work the front .. NO ONE CAME TO PHOTO COUNTER BUT SHANELL.. The Other person who finally came to help with the photo counter wasn't very helpful at all!! her name was NANCY.. IT SEAMED LIKE SHE DIDNT WANT TO WORK. ALSO THERE WAS ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO DIDNT RECIVE ANY HELP WHAT SO EVER LEFT THE STORE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I WAS ABLE TO TELL HER ABOUT THE PHOTO SERVICE.. BUT GUESS I DIDNT EXPLAIN CORRECTLY. SO THEY LEFT.WHAT A SHAME THAT 1 PERSON HAD TO WORK 2 COUNTERS AND STORE WASNT BUSY.

How long are prescription refills supposed to actually take? I have yet to get a turn around time shorter than a day at this pharmacy. What makes it worse is the staff. Don't even bother calling to follow up, all they do is put you on hold over and over and over again. I feel bad for them because something is broken in their process and in over a year that I've been going there, nothing has been done to fix it.
