I had an undesirable experience regarding my insurance and the billing office. My insurance was effective as of 3/1, but their system indicated a different date. I called my insurance company and had them speak to them about the effective date and they refused to run the insurance. Because their system said different. They argued with the insurance company and me. Never in my life have I ever run into his experience it's awful and unexpectable on all levels insurance company's super seed providers especially when they are in-network. They can not force people to pay up front that breaks their contract.

Great experience, very welcoming! My young ones love the submarine setting and the lighting is very warm and makes the atmosphere nice. The staff are friendly and I believe this is an awesome place to receive dental service. My kids enjoyed their experience and my little toddler didn't cry at all.

Consistently behind schedule. Show up late for your appointment on purpose so you don't have to wait 45 minutes to get in. I've waited over an hour with a three year old previously (they said they 'forgot about us' while we waited in the waiting roon) and now, today, they made my other 3 year old wait 45 minutes to get to get in for his 2nd dentist visit of his life. We showed up on time for our appointment and my 3 year old was excited to see the dentist, but after waiting 45 minutes, was obviously less enthusiastic and less willing to cooperate. The assistant half brushed his teeth with a toothbrush and flouride solution and that was the entire cleaning... There's one doctor in the entire building and she's pregnant; she doesn't want to be in the room with the x-ray, so if you need that
