I’ve heard that people often fear doctors, but at Advance Pain Management of Florida, it’s the complete opposite. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and helped with all the paperwork. My consultation with Dr. Hisham Kassem was in a friendly, comfortable setting that put me at ease. The procedure I needed was done with great care and professionalism, like a family doctor’s approach, which I really valued. I felt relaxed and fully trusted Dr. Kassem and his team throughout. Dr. Kassem and his team were excellent. From the moment I walked into his office, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. I was nervous about the injection, but Dr. Kassem explained the procedure clearly, notified me of the sensations I would feel, and reminded me numerous times it would be quick and painless. I’m happy to report I’m feeling great and pain free! 5 stars for this office
