Walgreens Pharmacy

Terrible. 20 years I have used this pharmacy no more. 60 min on the phone trying to get help checking stock on a important medication before the weekend but when they answered they says wait and just hung up. Another 40 min wait and then they told me they are out of stock? My doctor was waiting to send a alternative script but by the time I finally got a answer the office was closed. So no other option now for the weekend. This has happened again and again they should not have a pharmacy if they can not staff it and provide the most basic level of support. They can not be relied on. Which is not what u want for a pharmacy.

I switched over to Walgreens once Rite Aid. So far my experience with the pharmacy has been extremely disappointing. I have needed to pick up my prescription a few times since switching, and every time the prescription is not ready when needed. They are not late but a few minutes but days. I typically try to be very patient with the workers, but today the lady that helped be was rude. Telling me to “be more patient” next time. Luckily for her this will be the last time I get a prescription from Walgreens. I do not recommend going to Walgreens unless you’re wanting to wait for days to receive your prescription.

I don't know how it is possible to have such a broken system. I got a text message confirming I wanted my presciption filled and confirned yes. Got another message saying the needed to order the product (its a standard generic). After two days, called their crazy phone system which takes forever. Pharmacist says I never confirmed my presciption and am told that I need to have the doctor change prescription from Cream to Ointment because they can't get Ointment?!?. It's baffling how a company with all its know how can be an absolute diaster for customers. Solved my problem by switching to the QFC Pharmacy in Factoria and an hour later my prescription was waiting for me.

Worst pharmacist I've ever dealth with in my life. After asking questions about cost with and without insurance, she started rolling her eyes, sounding exasperated and sounding extremely annoyed. I ended up telling the manager about the horrible experience. I highly recommend staying away from the pharmacy.

Came to pick up a filled prescription. There are 6 people working inside of the pharmacy area. There were 2 people in line front of me. Took 20 minutes before they got to me in line. One pharmacist started to help me and couldn’t locate my filled prescription, she got asked a question from another pharmacist, then she got distracted, then started helping the drive through lane. She forgot I was standing there and started to help me again, but then got distracted by answering a call, and started helping another person in the drive through. Total time for pick up: 1 hour. Make sure you have ample time to just pick up an already filled prescription. They’re really just scrambling all over.
