I called for an urgent single tooth extraction appointment post referral from a vet and they're telling me the earliest appointment is over 2 months away for a CONSULTATION before even scheduling a cleaning, with a non refundable $200 deposit. Horrifying business, terrible secretaries who ever handle the phones, and even worse prices.

I cannot put into words how great this place is. My cat needed to see a dentist due to an ulcerated growth in her mouth that was starting to affect her quality of life. The initial consultation went very smoothly. They are fear free, which is great as my cat is known to be pretty spicy. Dr. Crocker was able to examine her and determine what needed to be done. My cat is also not the best candidate for anesthesia as she has multiple comorbidities. The first time I dropped her off for her procedure, we ended up needing to postpone the surgery because her IMHA had caused her to become too anemic to be safe under anesthesia. My dachshund had chipped a tooth on a yak chew, and being the paranoid owner that I am, I brought him into Dr. Crocker’s office for an examination as he is one of the few doctors in the area who does root canal therapy as an alternative to tooth extraction. He and his assistant, Henry, were both wonderful- so welcoming, loving to my pup, and extremely knowledgeable about all things pet-dentistry. I really felt like I was in the room with the best care team possible.
