I just want to say that my daughter has been on a long journey to have jaw surgery. The original doctor she had seen for more than a year no longer wanted to move forward with her surgery, so I had to find another doctor. When I found this office, I was a little nervous because I felt we had to start all over again. 100% Highly recommend. Due to a very traumatic wisdom teeth extraction around 25 years ago I have been severely afraid of dentists. It kept me from seeing a dentist. As those years passed by my teeth had become a serious problem. Then after being referred to Mercer Island Oral Surgery my opinion about dentist have made a complete turn around. Dr.Jung and his staff was nothing less than Amazing. From the first phone call to having the remaing teeth I had extracted yesterday my anxiety was calmed. The hospital staff very kind and caring. Dr. Jung's caring, understanding and extremely professional mannerisms made this a tolerable, less frightening and good experience. I was expecting horrible discomfort from procedure this morning but amazingly even with stitches I feel great! So very excited

I can’t recommend Mercer Island Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery enough. Scheduling was fast, friendly and easy. The front desk woman was very friendly. There was no waiting once I arrived. I had potential complications and Dr. Streelman was thorough, thoughtful and addressed every aspect and detail. I was at ease, relieved and felt safe immediately. He was also very personable and patient. And he is a tooth whisperer, he had my tooth out in about 15 seconds and with very little bleeding. Felix, his assistant was also professional, thoughtful, personable and patient. It’s the day after and I’ve only had the slightest discomfort. The office called later yesterday to make sure things were going well. While I hope to not need more extractions, they are amazing and I’d go back in a heartbeat.
