I had my daughter’s breathing treatment prescription sent here because they close later than CVS. She was wheezing and coughing, but when I arrived, they claimed they hadn’t received it yet. Later they said they were waiting for insurance, and by the time they closed, nothing was ready. The next morning, I got an email that it was ready — but at over $100. My insurance said the doctor needed to correct a minor error, which they did. But when I called the pharmacy again, they told me they no longer had the prescription and that I should call around town myself to find it elsewhere. “It is your responsibility to call around to find out” they said. When I asked for a manager, I was told there wasn’t one. The pharmacist was dismissive and rude, saying she didn’t know what I was talking about

My wife and I are switching pharmacies - I picked up her prescription yesterday and luckily right before she took the pill I noticed that it's labeled for an entirely different person. As if this wasn't already an issue, my wife is breastfeeding. When I go to explain my situation at the pharmacy they were not nearly as concerned or apologetic as I expected. They simply said they printed the wrong label. As I'm writing this, I don't understand how they were not profusely apologetic that I now know someone else's personal information and had to wait another 24 hours for my wife's meds. Anyway sorry K.L. of Matawan and I hope your gout clears up.

Drive-in to pick up meds is a simple and safe way to get renewals. The store computer tracks what is to be refilled and when to contact physicians, saving the customer a lot of time. These stores also have huge displays of cosmetics, necessary health supplies, photo processing booths, snacks and soda pop, and always items on sale, which even if out of season will be of use to any family.

The pharmacy decides to play games with prescriptions and while doing broke hippaa policy and arguing with customers finally pulled my prescriptions from this location and will never go back
