The staff is great! I’m always able to get a hold of the orthodontist or someone on staff. Dr. Rick was super thorough when we first started and I couldn’t thank him enough for helping me figure out the best plan for my son. They are patient with me (first timer) and super encouraging and positive with my son when they have to teach him something new. Couldn’t ask for better care!

Dr. Isaacson has made the process of getting braces easy. The staff is extremely accommodating and the best part is you are seen at your scheduled appointment time. Dr. Isaacson has been fantastic with my daughter and made her feel comfortable every step of the way. His personality has a way of easing the minds of both children and parents.

From the moment you walk-in you are greeted by the staff and if the Dr. sees you in the waiting area he also comes to say hello and tell you he’ll be seeing you shortly. Their courteous from start to finish! Even developed a financial plan to meet my needs to get my son the ortho care he needs!! I highly recommend!! Wait time is next to none!
