Walgreens Pharmacy

The pharmacy needs a lot of help! Won't go back there. Pharmacist was not very friendly, to the point of rude to my wife. There is always a long line to pick up meds. Half the time when I picked up an order, they never processed the insurance, so I have to wait for them to go run it first. If you call ahead to pick up and order, its never ready when they say it will be. Even if you make an appointment for a flu shot, we still had to wait 20 minutes for staff to work through walk-up customers before they consider appointments. This store is so frustrating every time, we went back to using the Hyannis location. Mashpee might be closer but the terrible customer service is worth the drive to Hyannis. For an added bonus, Hyannis has a drive thru.

The pharmacy will put prescriptions on hold after physicians call them in. They do not automatically refill the scripts leaving patients to go without knowing where their script is. This just happened to me. I called and no one wanted to own it due to frustration. The girl started telling me that I was yelling at her. We both know that was only a tactic to get me off the phone instead of finding a solution for the future. I have since moved all my scripts to another pharmacy. If I were you, I would not put my scripts at Walgreens Ashby. The staff is uneducated very rude and unnecessarily ignorant. I am very lucky that this prescription was not necessary for living. It was a month before I received my refill. I have notified my physician about Walgreens Mashpee .

It's a great pharmacy with name brand medication and also non name brand for cheaper. Its like a mini grocery store somewhat. It has snacks and drinks and a few different types of frozen meals and candy and Cologne, etc. it's just a great place to go for quick snacks or to get your medication refilled. Plus the Mashpee staff is very nice and I never have any issues! Overall great place!

Since the pharmacy got new staff I have been so pleased with the difference. One of the pharmacists, Tucker, is who I deal with and see the most. He's quite impressive with his knowledge of the pharmacy and his people skills are like no other pharmacist I've seen. The other staff members are always helpful when I call or when I'm there and they always seem so happy. They've given me a much better experience than what I've had in the past. I'm glad I didn't change pharmacies like I had planned on doing before this change.

I love this store. It’s clean, staff is nice and well kept. Why I haven’t transferred my prescriptions here yet is just pure laziness on my end. I did come here for my flu shot this year tho 👍 I would like to see a few more basic products? So many things they carry I feel like are so perfumey (body wash) Sometimes you just want some basic body wash
