Incredibly positive experience! I moved to the area approximately one year ago and had not yet established a dentist here on the Cape. I had no knowledge of any dental practices locally, which led me to relying on patient reviews to select a new practice. After reading many positive reviews, I felt comfortable scheduling with Mashpee Dental Associates. I was not disappointed- all the positive reviews were spot on! I had a dental emergency and Dr. Chung was informative, patient, knowledgeable and competent. I trusted his assessment and he addressed my issue with a thoughtful, skilled and caring approach. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The office is clean, modern, and comfortable—definitely helps ease any dental nerves! My hygienist was gentle, thorough, and explained everything she was doing, which I really appreciated. The cleaning itself was quick but detailed, and my teeth have never felt better. The dentist took the time to check in afterward and made sure I didn’t have any concerns. It’s clear the team here really cares about their patients and takes pride in their work. Mashpee Dental Associates are incredibly kind individuals who have their patients best interests at heart! The front desk staff is always friendly, kind and supportive. My hygienist, Dena is funny, intelligent and gentle. Dr. Darzenta is great man who only wants what’s best for his patients as well. I highly recommend this dentist office for anyone living in Barnstable County!

I have always been extremely afraid of going to the dentist, but when I called Mashpee Dental to make an appointment, they immediately put me at ease. During my first visit, the hygienist was so kind and caring, taking the time to talk me through every step. The dentist’s calm and reassuring demeanor instantly eased all my fear and stress. I didn’t even have time to feel nervous—it truly was a wonderful experience.

My son went in for a cleaning and X-rays, he had a lot of cavities starting. I was informed about this in the room he was being treated in and my son and I were told how we could try to turn this around. Upon completion, the hygienist came out to the waiting room and went over all my son's issues again and wasn't discreet at all. The receptionist was listening to the conversation, the hygienist asked her if she heard that and commented to her 'that is crazy, right " I found it to be extremely unprofessional of her. I believe HIPPA applies for the dentists office also. I hope the other patients being seen didn't hear the conversation too. My son was extremely embarrassed about his cavities and how the hygienist handled the situation. She reiterated the same information shared in the exam ro
