My Maltese got hit by a car and his eyeball was hanging out and I didn't know what else was wrong with him. I rushed him to Leach which wasn't my vet; my vet was closed.. The care, competence and concern I got was outstanding. They had to remove the eye but the rest of him was ok. Days later he's back to his normal self, doesn't seem to be bothered by having lost one eye. Dr. Jennifer was so compassionate and so competent. I have decided on switching vets. This is the kind of service I expect by a vet. I would highly recommend them.

Dr Leach is the best vet on cape! He spent an extraordinary amount of time with me and my dog this morning talking about treatment options for a few issues she has going on. My chocolate Lab Declan had a sudden inability to walk--hind legs. I called and they made time almost immediately to see him. He was given good thorough care, and yet didn't over treat (e.g., no xrays yet). Good conservative treatment. I use Leach for any vet care for Declan and have never been dissatisfied. I highly recommend Leach Animal Hospital.

I went to Dr Leach for decades as did my parents with his father. I had two dogs that always went and got a puppy awhile back. My puppy had a great first visit, got very sick after and I was told she needed emergency surgery or be put down immediately. After a few stressful hours of being told to sign the dog over to the vet because I clearly didn’t care about her she suddenly was 100% fine when I went to get her and take her to buzzards bay. I genuinely believe they just wanted the dog after comments were made by the technician about how she had perfect composition and would be worth a lot of money.
