Walgreens Pharmacy

Had a great experience and interaction at this location. I have always found it to be much more efficient to walk inside to pick up your prescription. Fast service and friendly staff, definitely a good spot to get your medication from!

The most unprofessional pharmaceutical staff I've ever dealt with!!!!!! As a business owner and someone that has been an upper management most of his career, I highly recommend Walgreens upper management to retrain their staff on customer service and professionalism! After today I will be taking all my business to CVS from here on out.

Customer service is poor. Staff is overworked and rude. Was waiting on a script in house, after 30 mins I asked how much long it was going to be. " I have no idea". "They will text you when it's ready". Frustrated, so I left. 4 hours later, they text me. Thankfully I didn't wait there.

This pharmacy has no time for their customers. My prescriptions are often not ready on time and getting partial refills is common which means more trips to the pharmacy. No consistency, just seemed like they are too stressed and pressed for time to take care of their customers. They may simply have too many customers and just not enough staff.

I called today because my meds were delayed again for the 4th month in a row🤦🏻‍♀️ And I actually had the nicest lady on the other end of the phone. She seemed to really care and I appreciate that sincerely. She didn’t give me that’s “oh well” attitude. I wish I would have gotten her name. We need more people that genuinely care and have respect for others in the healthcare profession.
