Walgreens Pharmacy

Really slow to fill prescriptions. My understanding is that they are filled off-site so there is a delay for most 90 day prescriptions. Sometimes pharmacy closes for a day without warning. Does not follow up if doctor doesn't answer refill requests.

Have changed pharmacy!! Never go with a big box pharmacy. Poor customer service at window. You should NOT have to ANNOUNCE YOUR HOME ADDRESS over the pharmacy speaker! ZERO PRIVACY. Big HIPPA VIOLATION! How would the pharmacy tech like her info. overheard by everyone? Ordered a needed med refill on Monday, only to find out when I went to pick-up that it could not be refilled. NO phone call, blamed on physician... physician blamed Walgreens!!! Ignorance is not bliss!!

Anytime 1 of my parents call to check on a prescription its always 2callers ahead. No matter what time they call its always on hold for about 40 min. After about 15 min or so it says 1 called ahead and then have to wait for atleast 30 min or more to even get someone to finally answer.I understand they do get busy but someone could at least answer and let someone know that their not ignoring the call...

Go there for prescriptions, the people at the drive through window for the pharmacy have been super helpful and very nice and polite. Even helped us get the best price on our prescription.

Store is nice and neat. The woman that was working the pharmacy today was amazin! Super nice and even spoke to my kids, so i really appreciated that! She has a great personality!
