Walgreens Pharmacy

I arrived when they opened at 9am. I was asked to wait 30-45 minutes for their text when my prescription was ready. An hour later I went by again and was told the exact same time. When I went by a 3rd time they seemed surprised that I had been waiting so long, and my antibiotics were ready. They never texted me at all even though they told me twice that I would get a text as soon as it was ready. It wasn’t a busy morning. I waited over 2 hours for a basic antibiotic. I’ll be using a different pharmacy from now on.

I just called in and spoke to Chantelle and she was one of the most horrible customer service agents I have ever had to deal with all I was doing was calling in to see if my prescription was ready when I can pick it up and she couldn’t tell me anything completely unprofessional. This is exactly why no one should fill their prescriptions at Walgreens because of people like her ruin it for everyone. Please help her get better at her job!

I can’t thank pharmacist Wes enough. He stayed past closing time to make sure we could get a VERY needed medication — something they absolutely didn’t have to do. Good customer service is hard to find, this kind of compassion and commitment stands out. I’m so grateful for their help. Walgreens is lucky to have Wes! THANK YOU!

When I request a refill, I’ll eventually get a text saying the prescription is ready but when I show up, 75% of the time it’s not actually ready and they make some excuse about not having the medicine, not even receiving the request, or something else.

Horrible experience also horrible customer service. I understand the pressure of the holidays but come on. When you tell someone the script will be done in 1 hour and than it takes 5, complete crap.
