Had a life changing benefit from my out of state visit to Align Therapy in Utah. At 67 with 30 years of back and posture challenges, I was looking for help to continue at my best, living an active rural lifestyle and house cleaning for work. I had 8 hours of one on one with the 100% attentive and excellent teacher/therapists Korey and Janessa, who provided a vision and a knowing of how to stand, sit, walk, breathe and exercise.
