Madisen actually listens. She doesn’t rush, doesn’t dismiss concerns, and explains things in a way that makes sense. Which is something as a person who speaks English as a third language it’s truly appreciated, I never feel brushed off or talked over. She’s straightforward, professional, and genuinely cares about one’s health. I trust her judgment with my life for she is a marvelous doctor and human being.
