Walgreens Pharmacy

I always am able to get my prescription a day early if I need to be out of town, but for some reason this pharmacy is incompetent and won't run my insurance to give me my prescription.. they're all nice people and friendly but they need to be more considerate that we need our medication and sometimes can't be there on that day to get it so now my doctor's appointment is 2 days early from getting my prescription. I would like to try to get back to the same day. My insurance covers a day early so should they!!

The greed of private equity has made Walgreens a shell of it's former self. Their greed knows no bounds. The staff have had their hours/benefits cut for shareholders

I am in my late 60's and have been getting the same 3 prescriptions for nearly 25yrs. The last 18,-24 months this Pharmacy has gone to hell in a handbaskit! I hate change but today was the final straw. Between me and my insurance they collect $2300+ each month from me. I would rather give it to a smaller Pharmacy....I AM DONE!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service! I've been trying to pick up a super basic popular medication that I take for 3 weeks! They keep saying it's filled, I come in to pick it up and its not there! They send me back and forth across town to the other locations and give me a run around saying the medicine isn't at their store! I guess they just keep selling it to other people before I get there! Aside from Vicky who is always helpful, the rest of the staff is rude and dismissive acting like it's my fault for wanting the wrong brand of medication! I'm pregnant and have been off my medication for 2 weeks because they refuse to help me!

The store has a lot of staffing issues in the pharmacy and tends to be closed a lot. Make sure to bring your concerns to the store manager named Mark.
