I had a lovely experience here yesterday. I came in for a routine eye appointment. The front staff were very pleasant and nice. I was called me back in a timely manner by the nurse who was kind and explained everything to me. The doctor was also nice and walked me through the process and explained my eye conditions. I was fitted for glasses by another member of their staff and she was just as nice. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. I will be recommending them!

Saw Dr Hughes recently, and we had a great time! She is knowledgeable, and professional. And so easy to get along with. Highly recommend her! The staff are great also very friendly.

The 2 stars are for the Doctor herself she is awesome. I knowingly spent a couple of hundred dollars more than I would have at a big box store optician in effort to support a locally owned business. Unfortunately the after exam service does not exist. I went in to pick up my glasses and stayed they dont fit right, I was told you will get used to them

These women are so Amazing from the sweet Secretory, Assistant/Nurse's & Drs. I have a huge electric wheelchair & they went above & beyond to accommodate not only me but also both my son's who are my Caretakers are also patients here now! We had the pleasure of seeing Melanie Ballard. Thank U for being so thorough & breaking down the medical terms so I could understand!😊 Hopefully we can meet Lacey next time.🐾

Would absolutely recommend!!! Dr. Hughes and her staff are some of the nicest woman I've met. They explained everything so I could understand, made sure I didn't have any questions leaving. I've never felt so comfortable at a doctor's office. And they treated my 3 step daughters so amazing, especially when I had to come alone. I've never experienced eye trauma before and I am so greatful this is who I called when I did. Will recommend to everyone 😀
