Making the decision to visit Miracle Ear in Lancaster, Ohio is one of the best things I could have done this year! The treatment we received was exceptional, starting from the greeting at the receptionist desk (meeting Karen) to finally being introduced to Alexia. They were both very courteous, knowledgable, professional and Alexia fixed my mother’s hearing problem in a way I never thought could be done. I highly recommend her and her staff.

Alexia has been great. After all the trouble I’ve had with trying to have fittings for my small ear canals we were able to find the ones that worked the best. I’m so thankful to have her and she is so friendly and kind and very understanding. Thank you so much.

Alexa is great very helpful with picking my hearing aids. The hearing test is one of the most complete that I have had.
