Walgreens Pharmacy

My provider called in a new script then confirming with my provider it was sent then after 7 days of no updates from Walgreens i made the call. After calling the pharmacy 2 days in a row and with no answer after first day, was on hold with this pharmacy for over 1.5 hours, stated I had 2 callers in front of me at the 30 minute mark but seriously what are THEY doing that they don't seem to answer any calls?! Then come to find out they didn’t have it and i needed to go back to my provider, WASTE of TIME, just answer the phone?!

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit. Despite providing all necessary information and allowing ample time, the medication wasn’t ready when I returned, and I was unfairly blamed for the delays. This experience was frustrating and inconvenient. Due to this, I will not be returning to this location for future prescriptions.

Never had an amazing experience but never atrocious until today. Filled a prescription on Tuesday through the website. Eta is Thursday. Listed as in progress for 6 days. Call the pharmacy to check on status. Was told it would be filled in 30 min. 45 minutes later get an automated message telling me its out of stock. Call back. Told nothing they can do and call a different Walgreens. Ask if they can check inventory told no. Called next Walgreens. They did not have it BUT checked their inventory and found me one that did and gave me their number. I called them who checked inventory BEFORE telling me they could do it. Seriously awful experience that was upstaged by other Walgreens pharmacies within a few miles of this one. Pretty embarrassing.

Warren could benefit from additional training on utilizing compassion and understanding the reason medications are being prescribed. He treated my fiance with contempt, belittled his MD and made him wait OVER A DAY for important/timely medications with no communication. This behavior is a disgrace to the profession. Hoping for a better experience in the future, but based on current reviews, expecting there will be no improvements made at this location.

Outrageous hold times. Waited over 2 hours when there were only 3 callers ahead of me. They'll also randomly give you like 5 pills rather than completely filling a prescription. The staff always looks exhausted which means they're definitely understaffed and/or poorly managed. I'm switching ASAP.
