Dr. Aaron has helped me stay pain free even with playing pickleball 3-5 times a week. I go proactively and the muscle work and adjustment helps keep me from even entering a place where I feel discomfort/pain. If any random pain sneaks up on me, he knows the perfect stretches to keep it from coming back! Jennifer is also super helpful and quick to respond to any of my many scheduling and re-scheduling needs.

When I took account of how much subtle limiting I'd been doing in my daily activities, I came to Dr. Aaron Howe. (Spoiler alert: my life changed!) I've never been to a chiropractor before, so he catered to my pace and expressed the purpose behind everything. Week after week, we worked towards my goals and wellness and untwisted and strengthened targeted areas. The gentle repetition got me through the worst of it and I'm standing tall once again!
