Target Optical

I came into the target store in Lakeville Mn off 185th and I went to the opticals store. A nice lady Dawn help me, on glasses one of the nose pad fallen off and I asked her she can fix my glasses if they had any nose pad and she said yes the glasses were not purchased at target optical but I have bought glasses here before she was so kind. She took the glasses fixedly them and now they feel so good on my face. I thank Dawn for taking the time out even though when she asked me if I bought the glasses here she could’ve declined to help me. I thank you Target optical so much for the patient and kindness that was served to me

I came in expecting an appointment with the doctor but there was a mix up and no doctor was available. Amy was extremely helpful and assisted me with ordering contacts and scheduling an appointment. She did an amazing job with explaining the new Meta sunglasses and I may be purchasing a pair after I do one more research. Refreshing to see that there is still GREAT customer service out there!

I have been going to Target Optical for a few years and have always had a good experience but my experience with Amy has been the best. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and just an enjoyable person to be around. Any employee who goes the extra mile to do their job should be acknowledged. She did a wonderful job. Thank you Amy!

My husband recently got his first prescription for glasses and wanted to look at frames. Amy was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We ended up purchasing a pair of Oakleys.
