Walgreens Pharmacy

I am writing to share my experience with the pharmacist who was on duty 08/19. In all my years of visiting Walgreens and CVS, I have never encountered such an unhelpful and dismissive interaction. When I asked if there was an RX code, the pharmacist told me to “look it up and find out yourself.” I let that go, but when I asked for clarification on how to use the medication, his only response was “the instruction says in the description.” As a patient, I rely on pharmacists not only to dispense medications but also to provide clear, professional guidance. His demeanor came across as frustrated and unwilling to help, which left me feeling dismissed and unsupported. If he dislikes working with patients, perhaps this is not the best role for him. Literally the worst business EVER. went to pick up 2 prescriptions for my fiancé and I. Different last names, same address. Confirmed my address. Pay. Take my prescriptions out of the drawer and see one is not mine. Similar last name but spelled differently. Told them that isn't mine. It's a whole ordeal over a refund. They tell me it will automatically hit the account in a few days. Okay fine. All of this for $10 BTW. Pharmacist calls me last night to say they can't do the refund so they will leave $10 up there to pick it up. Okay whatever. Sent my fiancé to get my daughter's antibiotic bc she is sick and tell him to ask for the refund money (a note was left and the Pharmacist on duty will know)...my fiancé waited for them to figure everything out for AN HOUR. AN HOUR! OVER $10. I'm curr

Terrible service from the pharmacy definitely changing

Every time I come to the pharmacy or use the drive thru there is an African American woman I’m not sure her name but she is just terribly unpleasant, she always has an attitude and seems to be bothered by customers. Also the past few times I have gone for a hep A shot they tell me their refrigerator went down and they need to order more vaccines but they don’t. They are very busy I understand but these services should be available and people should not be treated badly for coming to the pharmacy.

They gave me a wrong prescription, but when I returned, they acted like it’s my fault, saying that the prescription I came for was already sold to me earlier. The two women who are working there at the pharmacy are completely not interested to help and never apologized for making a mistake. Thanks to a gentleman who got involved and found my real prescription in minutes without causing any drama, really appreciate it.
