Total Access Urgent Care - Kirkwood

I was so impressed with this urgent care from the moment I walked in the receptionist was smiling, personable and instructive. I was escorted to a room and Jacob asked pertinent queries to determine my symptoms and ordered appropriate tests. Kat finished up my examination and gave me clear answers and feedback, she was awesome! Everyone was super kind and professional and I highly recommend this location. I visited the Kirkwood location after a significant cut to my finger. In addition to the outstanding service I received from every team member I interacted with, I was extremely impressed with the efficiency! Even with getting stitches, I was in and out in what would have been multiple hours anywhere else! The nurse practitioner Kat was very skilled and knowledgeable. I left with detailed instructions and a kit with everything I would need to care for my finger. It was the best possible experience one could have under these undesirable circumstances!

Everyone was extremely friendly and service was fast. The staff seemed to genuinely care about you as a patient and value your time. They were not my first choice because I had never been to a total access. The other place had a broken machine so I was desperate to find somewhere else to go. I can say with full confidence I will continue to go here next time I have a need.

The entire group of staff that was working yesterday when I went was amazing!! The front desk Emily who is also x-ray, was probably one of the nicest people I have ever met! The NP who saw me, amazing! Sarah (hopefully I’m spelling that correctly) amazing! I don’t catch the gentleman’s name who took my vitals, but also amazing! I got in quickly, was heard, and got out just as quickly! Best experience yet!

I was seen quickly, and the plan the PA and I committed to was explained very well. All involved were polite and kind and not condescending. I’ve been a nurse for 42 years so I know a bit about patient care.
