Total Access Urgent Care - Valley Park

The online check-in was great! Checked in and was third in line and told to head to the facility. By the time I got there, I had moved to next in line! What a time saver and no waiting in an uncomfortable waiting room chair - except for filling out paperwork. Everyone there was pleasant and respectful. It was a good experience, except for having to be there in the first place. 😉 LOL

The entire staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. I was in a hurry trying to get there and I forgot my wallet, insurance and ID. However, they took exceptional career of me and determined my chest tightness and upper back pains were due to having bacterial pneumonia. I wish I could give 💯 stars to everyone. I'm feeling so much better ‼️‼️‼️‼️

I have been to this urgent care several times in the last couple of years. The staff is friendly and professional. I was able to secure my spot on line, so I have not had a long wait. I am glad they are here and appreciate the work they do.

This is the most time-efficient Total Access location that I have been to. My family had a round of Flu A come through, and they were seen very quickly and diagnosed within an hour. I had to return a week later for a broken foot, and I was seen, had an x-ray, and was diagnosed within an hour again. Excellent location!

After using the website to hold our place in line we got in rather quickly. The nurses and doctor were all pleasant and the time wait to be seen once we were placed in a room was adequate taking into consideration it is high season for all illnesses. Would not hesitate to go again if needed
