Walgreens Pharmacy

Some times they take awhile to fill medication. Not many know a competing pharmacy was recently closed in the area and a ton of clients were moved to walgreens. Personally I always go with a smile even if I'm not happy. I've seen people screaming and cussing out the pharmacy staff. I understand meds are needed sometimes for life. That's why ultimately it falls on us to make sure our meds are refilled in time. Obviously we can't trust computer systems just yet lol. I have burned myself a few times in regards to medicine. I also know what it's like to be really really not healthy waiting for medicine. It's simple. Walgreens is under staffed and over worked. They seem to be taking alot of fresh out of school pharmacy techs. Check your expectations and you will be just fine 🙂 Enjoy your time

The worst Pharmacy!!! They are rude, have attitudes and do NOT give customers correct information!!!! I went there 3 times and no one told me anything regarding waiting for authorization to get my medication!!!!! And oh, when someone says “good morning” it’s polite to say it back!!!!!! P.s WITHOUT CUSTOMERS, YOU ALL WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB!!!!!

This pharmacy has been absolutely AMAZING - until like 2 months ago. Before, getting my prescriptions was totally painless and everything always went smoothly. But lately, there's just been problem after problem. Things are never ready when they need to be, prescriptions get lost in the system... today they literally lost my prescription and my doctor had to call it in again because I'm nearly out. I wish I knew what happened. I'm really sad about it. I'm going to have to change pharmacies. I can't keep getting this close to running out of my meds.

I am not sure what's happened to the pharmacy but it's been nothing but great up until 2 months ago. The wait time and prescription's never ready even when given plenty of time. Having to leave because the wait is just to long is ridiculous. I mean it's never been like this and I have been coming here for years. I hope it gets better because I don't want to but may have to switch pharmacy's.

Called to see if I had a refill on my prescription and was on hold for over an hour. I got tired of waiting!
