The reviews to me are very weird. I went to this location two times, the first time I came here for Meta glasses and the other store in Plymouth Meeting didn’t have the color I wanted they called this store in KOP and confirmed that they have the color I want. Then I went to this location had a quick painless and easy experience. I think the gentleman that helped me his name was Julio. Either way, he was a really cool and chill person. The next time I went there after 2 weeks to get my eye exam and new frames and lenses. Had a wonderful experience Julio was there but another woman helped me. I forgot her name I think it starts with an H. She was very friendly honest and helped me pick the frames that went with me. Ashley was my in-store assistant, and she did a phenomenal job of helping me find the frames I wanted, going over the pricing options available for me, and making sure I had all of the information and the best deal that was right for me. Without her invaluable assistance I may not have been able to find what I was looking for or navigate the different purchase options available. I was extremely grateful for her service and would love to recommend her as an excellent employee. I ordered two pairs each with gorgeous frames and got a great price. I had to post this again because I had posted it to the wrong LensCrafters store the first time. 3 weeks ago i was in this store and the woman who waited on me didn't have time for me and made that clear. By the way I probably have bought at least 6 pairs of glasses at Lenscrafters. .And then another time I just bought my frame there due to my insurance being better at another shop. Well I showed up there on 11/15/2025 and she immediately dismissed me when she found out I already had a quote from their other store at the other end of the mall - but I told her I just had a few questions and was thinking about placing my order here at this store. This location is really going downhill. I’ve gone here for years and always had great experiences in the past. In January, I came in for my annual exam and ordered a year’s supply of contacts and Prada glasses, spending over $1,000. I got a text about a week after my visit saying my glasses were delayed. No big deal at all. Things happen. Several days passed so I called the store and was told my glasses had arrived and would be ready in 1-2 days. Over the course of the next 2 weeks, I called every 4 days or so and was told the same thing every time - that my glasses were there and would be ready soon. I cannot say enough about LensCrafters in King of Prussia. My husband, unfortunately, had a very bad experience at the location that was once in Plymouth meeting. I called over and talked to Kaylee and she was absolutely amazing. They are all independently owned so what she did for us was so above and beyond and we are eternally grateful. You definitely have a customer for life with us. Thank you for showing us that there are still good people in the world
