KOP Smile Care

New to the KOP area and I was looking forward to trying this practice and getting my teeth cleaned. When I initially called I asked to only send email reminders and not texts because I drive alot with a toddler. They sent almost a dozen text messages and at very early off times. And another text saying if i didn't respond my appointment would be canceled. I called and asked them to please stop with the texts and the texts still continued. I ended up canceling my appointment because at that point I was just uncomfortable. Too aggressive and stressful. I emailed my feedback and didnt get a response.

I want to start by saying kop smile care is top tier . Dr . Jenna and her staff is very welcoming and friendly . Office is very clean & organized . I had a situation today where I needed to see an orthodontist to get work done that kop smile care referred me to and I was denied the business smh . I expressed my concern to kop smile care and they called the orthodontist and handled it right way . That's above and beyond . Ive been at kop smile care a little over 3yrs and I'll forever continue bring my business to this facility . Highly recommend to my clients , family and friends . Oh yeah lastly the music they play on the Tv's is very therapeutic lol

I’m an anxious patient, and I’ve never felt more comfortable, confident and relaxed in a dentist’s office as I have at KOP Smile. The entire staff is friendly, kind, professional and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to explain things and make sure my anxiety was addressed. I’m sincerely grateful.

Great experience from start to finish. Upon entering this beautiful new state of the art facility, I was immediately greeted by Angel. Completed the intake electronically which was fast and efficient (who wants to fill out paperwork). I came in for a cleaning with the dental hygienist - Margo who was friendly, thorough and gentle. Loved the clean and comfortable environment. While my teeth were getting cleaned got to watch my favorite morning show. Dr Candice completed my exam. Loved her demeanor. She referred me to an orthodontist for the next steps in my treatment plan. Office is new and close to KOP Mall and just off highway therefore very convenient.

I’ve never been a fan of the dentist in general, usually prolonging a visit until absolutely necessary. Dr Jenna and her team are INCREDIBLE! From the front desk to the hygienists, every single woman was kind, welcoming, friendly and helpful. I’ve never been more comfortable in a dental chair than I have been at KOP Smile.
