Walgreens Pharmacy

It’s absolutely no surprise this Walgreens has such a poor rating. Been trying to talk to someone about my prescription since 5pm. Called MULTIPLE times just to sit on hold and never speak to anyone. Then when I call the main line for the store, the pharmacy STILL didn’t pick up even when the cashier paged them to let them know they had a call. They had the NERVE to say it was because they were about to close when I had been sitting on hold for 40 minutes before I hung up and called the main line. Absolutely unprofessional and you can guarantee yall will SEE me in the morning and I’ll be talking to the manager. I thank God I’m not dealing with a chronic illness cause I’d be cooked messing with this place.

Don’t bother going there. I had my prescription sent there because Kernersville Pharmacy is closed. Walgreens told my script was ready and when I got there they said they had to confirm with Kernersville pharmacy. I tried to show them my prescription history both on the RX app and my insurance’s web portal. They flat out wouldn’t bother and they said they can’t see when it was filled. I stopped going there a long time ago for the very fact they are not only rude but could care less in helping despite having proof of prescription history. You want a great pharmacy with caring pharmacist - go right down the street to Kernersville Pharmacy

This is without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. Slow, rude and without knowledge of keeping up with rx. Was told that i had 2 when I knew that I had 3. Got home and got a text that my third rx magically appeared and was ready for pickup. How can a pharmacy continue with such service and remain opened and limping through serving the public. No worries here though hi ho hi ho off to another pharmacy I shall go.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Prescription is never ready when promised. Terrible customer service! 2.4 is being generous for the reviews!!

The doctor called in a antibiotic for a sinus infection on a Monday morning BY Tuesday morning is Still not ready I called Walgreens and they told me it would be ready Wednesday I told them I needed it now and by some MIRACLE it was ready in thirty minutes I HAVE TO FIND A NEW PHARMACY
