I enjoyed my experience at Hearing Life yesterday. The people were kind and concerned about my hearing to make sure that I am getting clarity to help my social experience with my family, friends and community. I want to say thank you to all of the staff. Blessings ❤️ 🙏

I found out about HearingLife of Kernersville when I attended a Health and Wellness Fair at the Barber Park Event Center. So I scheduled an appointment and went over and had a thorough hearing exam at their facility. The staff is efficient, friendly and Mrs. Miller takes time to explain how the process works and exactly what is expected of you. Afterwards she went over the results. Janet assisted me with getting a new cord for my hearing aids. Other places I contacted would not assist me since I did not buy my hearing aids from them. I recently moved from another State and lost the cord to my hearing aids during the move. Janet was great and got a new cord for me right away and showed me how to clean the hearing aids. She didn't even charge me since my hearing aids were still under warranty. HearingLife of Kernersville's professional and friendly service gets a big thumbs up from me!

Janet was very good with me. She explained how much hearing loss I have compared to normal and showed me how hearing aids would help me and my surroundings. Although I do understand how I can be helped, I do not feel that I can afford the price of what these devices cost at this time. I appreciate her time and will revist the circumstances when I feel the benefit out ways the cost.

Extremely professional and compassionate! Took my 89 year old mom to have a hearing test. The provider was above and beyond our/my expectations. Highly recommend!
