If I could give a negative star I would! The dentist Mrs Hatampa is one of the worst dentist I’ve ever had. She is very spacey and lacks the necessary skills for her profession! She was only supposed to drill for a cavity but went way too deep drilling into my root. I told her how bad it was hurting and all she did was shot more and more Novacaine in my mouth and continue to drill, causing me extreme pain. Then the days that followed was a nightmare. I could barely function because of the infection and the dying of the root of my tooth brought on unbelievable pain. I came back to her and all she had was excuses and lies about what had happened but you could see the guilt all over her face. I had other professional dentist tell me exactly what had happened that she, like I suspected, drille

Amazing! Dr. Hatampa is simply awesome at what she does. Very thorough and a wonderful bedside manner. Tori is equally as amazing, and very thorough. I am very happy that I found them!!!

Excellent facility. Dr Hatampa was extremely thorough. Was very eye opening learning the state of my teeth. The staff is very friendly and engaging. Made sure I was at ease the entire time. Equipment is very state of the art. Equipment I’ve never seen in my life was used on me today and just made everything so seamless. Thank you

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hatampa and her staff! Absolutely exceeded my expectations! Very warm and personable! I have an extensive medical history that has negatively impacted my dental health. I’ve always been judged for this which has made me very self conscious about my smile and has made me self conscious about getting the dental care that I’ve needed. I immediately felt welcomed when I walked in the door and did not feel one bit of judgment regarding my dental history or circumstances. I felt included in my treatment plan and feel very confident that I’m finally on the right track for improving my dental health.

The absolute best dental experience I have ever had. Every aspect of my appointment was explained, professionally performed, and pain free. They even reached out to my insurance company representative who explained to me, over the phone, my portion of the bill. Dr. Hatampa and Shaylyn took excellent care to perform the procedures I needed done. The office is spotlessly clean, modern and new. I highly recommend the dentist @ Kernersville.
